Legal counsel that values precision, foresight, and results.

Pam Stevens founded this practice on a simple idea: that businesses and nonprofits should have access to a trusted legal partner who speaks plainly, thinks ahead, and genuinely cares about their success.

Whether you are a growing small business, an established midsized company, or a nonprofit organization, Pam brings hands-on experience in corporate governance, business succession planning, and commercial contracts — helping clients cut through complexity and focus on what matters most.

For nonprofit organizations, Pam also offers specialized support including nonprofit formation and tax exemption, board governance, and dissolutions — guiding organizations through every stage of their lifecycle with clarity and care.

No matter where you are in your journey, the goal is always the same: practical, straightforward legal counsel that protects what you have built and helps you move forward with confidence.

Contracts, Leases & Financing

Protect your commercial interests in every transaction. We draft, review, and negotiate ironclad business contracts, commercial real estate leases (for both landlords and tenants), and provide dedicated representation during borrower financing and bank lending processes.

Employment Law & HR Counsel

Mitigate the legal risks of building a team. We provide proactive counsel on hiring best practices, employee management, independent contractor compliance, and the legal complexities of workplace terminations to keep your operations running smoothly.

Nonprofit Formation & Exemption

Build a mission-driven organization on a compliant foundation. We manage the entire nonprofit lifecycle, including initial formation, drafting compliant bylaws, and successfully filing Form 1023 or Form 1024 applications for IRS tax-exempt status.

Nonprofit Board Governance, Mergers & Dissolution

Maintain compliance through every organizational shift. We advise nonprofit boards on fiduciary duties, manage complex mergers or asset transfers, and guide organizations through the formal legal dissolution process.

Firm Philosophy

I founded this practice because I believe every business owner and nonprofit leader deserves a trusted legal partner who truly understands their world — not just the law.

With over 30 years of legal experience spanning large and small firms and in-house general counsel roles, my practice focuses on the full lifecycle of small to midsized businesses and nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts — from formation and contracts to employment counsel, financing, exit planning, and nonprofit governance.

I am also deeply rooted in the local business community. I serve on the Executive Committee of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of MetroWest, where I am Past Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Business Forward Females, the Chamber's women's networking group.

When you work with me, you get straightforward answers, clear guidance, and an attorney who genuinely cares about your success.
